I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Green. During my visit, I felt that she was rough while treating me and showed very little care or concern for my comfort. As someone who has been a loyal patient and comes in four times a year for routine cleanings, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and compassion. I’ve always made my dental health a priority by keeping up with my regular appointments, so it was discouraging to be treated in a way that made me feel like my comfort didn’t matter. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient care, because every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and consideration.

I went to Oasis Dentistry today for my yearly exam, and unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. I had previously been seen by Dr. Jabari, who is no longer with the practice, so I had to see a new dentist. When I arrived, I immediately noticed another staff change at the front desk and a new hygienist assisting patients. Unfortunately, frequent staff turnover has become something I have noticed with this office, and it has affected the consistency of care. The hygienist who brought me back shared that she had only been with the company for about one month. While she was friendly, the actual experience was very uncomfortable. She was extremely rough during my exam, pushing the instruments into my mouth with excessive force and causing a level of pain I have never experienced during a routine exam with any other hygienist. I eventually had to ask her to stop because of the discomfort. The experience continued when I met Dr. Green. After my exam, she came into the room and immediately sat down behind me to my right and began talking without a formal introduction or greeting. She did not come around to face me, introduce herself, or acknowledge me as a new patient unde

Phenomenal service, phenomenal experience, each and every time! I recently started coming to oasis this year and I have been satisfied with the experience every single time. Maria is one of the best To have ever cleaned my teeth – she is thorough, caring, and attentive, and I appreciate her so much! Go see Maria! 🥰

Today was my first visit with Oasis . Every one took their time with me... explaining all l need to know about my upcoming visits. I was most impressed with the future plan for the future mainly because they gave me a breakdown of what each future appointment was but most important what the insurance will pay plus what my share would be out of pocket....now l plan for a the future knowing how to put my finances together.....no surprises...a relief in more ways than one.

Became a new patient recently and I would like to start off by saying what an amazing experience I had.! From the delivery of the greeting to the introduction with both Doctors. I would recommend a 10/10! Such an amazing staff and clean! 🙌🏽
